For those of you interested in setting up the night before we are having early setup on Friday night Sept. 14th from 6-9pm. The building is insulated, heated and secure.
For those setting up the morning of the 15th the doors will open at 8 a.m. for setup.
Table location has been organized, please stick to the floorplan so there is not any confusion.
On Sat. morning during setup we ask that all hobbyists and vendors only enter and exit the building through the large overhead door and the service door next to it. Please do not use the door to the showroom until after the 11 a.m. opening. Doors will be marked to avoid any confusion.
Vendor setup on Friday and Saturday is only open to vendors and is not open to the public.
Coffee and cookies will be provided Sat. a.m. while they last.

FINALIZING BEFORE OPENING:
We will require all hobbyists and vendors to sign a standard liability release form.
LUNCH ON SATURDAY:
We are happy to announce that once again that food will be available for purchase the day of the swap. Award winning Mr. Tony's BBQ truck will have food and non alcohol drinks available for purchase.
TEAR DOWN AND CLEANUP:
The swap ends at 3p.m. at that time if you need to dispose of saltwater we will have a large tub for saltwater disposal just like last year. It will be located in front of the granite saw, if you need help with disposal please ask one of the staff for help.
We also ask that you remove any trash from around your table and dispose of it in the trash cans provided.
